PREPARE THE LAND
Purchase a piece of land; I would not recommend leasing because it is a long-term investment. So acquire a piece of land in the hamlet and secure it with the proper paperwork. The ideal soil to utilize is laterite-rich sand. Cut down shrubs and trees as well as grasses. Machines are used to plough and level the soil. You can market it online for distributors and suppliers to come and buy from you if you don't want to go through all of this. But it's in the processing that the real money is made. The raw cashew nut sells for a fraction of the price of the processed kernel.
