It is a good project that will create jobs and help stabilize the economy and currency by reducing our import bill but the location is the problem. It will worsen the congestion in Lagos as trucks from every part of the country head there to fill up. Dangote should try to build depots or buy existing ones outside Lagos to prevent chaos on Lagos roads.

He wanted to build the refinery in Ondo State but the cluelessness of Mimiko made Dangote relocate it to Lagos.

Nigeria will no doubt enjoy this project but Dangote is free to sell abroad, so what should we do.

Well, though the project is good, I'm not just comfortable with government investment in it.
Nevertheless, I hope it reduces the impact of the much anticipated Subsidy removal

Why do you think they are working hard on the trains in Lagos and the Abuja - Kaduna train line.....the one in Lagos will link to the ports allowing for easy export while they continue to connect the line to Abuja and the north and south south through warri....just go through Lagos and see them working hard on the rail lines.
