And there's something called spread.

There's no way in hell that there will be a #50 spread between two banks buying & selling dollars at the OFFICIAL OVER THE COUNTER MARKET (that is if the bank sef is willing to sell you dollars)

All of them offer buying & selling prices within the same exchange rate & very tight spread for you to even make money after transaction costs ( again you don't know what black market is)

I will give you a better alternative. People have thought & attenpted this your BRILLIANT BUSINESS IDEA. it doesn't work like that.
