Job Title – Property officer

Job Purpose: The officer will be in charge of Property Management (Maintenance, Budgets, Regulation) and Property Leasing.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Purchase of Property: Undertake extensive due diligence to obtain Market Valuation and negotiate a purchase price after receiving a formal approval.
• Obtain original documents relating to the transfer of the property, ensure proper documentation, updates.
• Selling of property.
• Property Management: In-line with the Property Management Strategy, ensure the upkeep of the property to an acceptable standard (this would include day-to-day management and maintenance).
• Undertake extensive market rental surveys.
• Property leasing and following up on rental collections.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
• BSC in any field.
• Prior experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Strong administrative skills.
