Chelsea played well, beating the like of Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid and man City to winning the champions league.
Argentina played well to winning Copa America but you cannot class the difficulties involved in champions league and Euro with that of Copa America.

To start with, There is nothing like qualification matches to Copa America. And there are best losers from each of the two groups in the tournament.
Straight to quarter final after the group matches.
