The velop is missing-

This error message appears when your Linksys cloud account is unable to detect your velop while you are logged in. Then click next after following the instructions on the error screen.

The velop is not configured.

This error message appears when you repeatedly click the Retry icon when the velop’s error message is not found. Another cause is that your velop needs to be reset.
