Job Brief: The Personal Assistant would provide personalized secretarial/administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner and work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager’s work-life and communication.

Job Duties and Responsibility
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Devise and maintain an office filing system.
• Manage and schedule meetings/appointments.
• Create reports, presentations and briefs.
• Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
• Coordinate events and speaking engagements.
• Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
• BSC/HND in any field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the same role.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Discretion and confidentiality.

Salary: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000 + Benefits
