This development may be due to the gold mined in osun state which was displayed here on Nairaland yesterday. Assuming the news emanated from the north, u won't hear pim from the gullible man. But anything good from South will lead to direct order. His cronies will be more active on this than anything.
You spoke my mind you are 100% correct.... its because they now know that Gold is in Osun thats why the vulture is now poking his nose, they dont want anything good for the south, when gold was discovered in zamfara he didnt call for any report o, selfish, mad and wicked people plenty for government.

Nigeria's mining sector is the next big thing after oil. If you know, you know. Listen to those naysers who are obviously completely ignorant of the sector at your own risk and loss wink Now that government moved into the space, suddenly insecurity took over the states where illicit mining has been going on for decades. So far, government is making progress in that sector.

This post caught my attention, reasonable submittion... There is no smoke without fire.

They are lots of Illegal mining going on in the north

2012-2018

Meaning 2018-2022.... 15b e go b.

6month report?
Why don't you use iron fist as you would if it where oil?

Why not give mining licenses to companies and hold them responsible for every single gold.

Remove all those Nigerians from there. They are all corrupt Alhajis

WHAT HAPPEN TO ZAMFARA GOLD?

The Zamfara state government and their political leaders in the northern part of Nigeria closed out exploitation of the solid mineral because they are not interested in sharing such mineral with other states of the federation.

They ( Abuja government ) told the governor of Zamfara state to SHUT UP AND HIDE THE GOLD MINERAL !
