I'm Al also sure engine is bad, being out black smoke, shocks are damaged, tires are expired and alot quite more if you inspect that car.

No deal Sir owner Is requesting for 2.2m on his part, including 200k non negotiable dealer settlement, but you can come for inspection to negotiate with owner, maybe he may reduce something for you,just maybe, but the dealer settlement isn't negotiable Sir
