The fact that quotes can't be modified on Twitter do not mean Twitter posts can't be deleted.

If he drops to 2 or more PFP tickets on a single slot at different periods of the day(with the malicious mindset to edit/modify later), then proceeds to use the quote feature twice/thrice on Twitter; all this dubious fellow needs do next is delete the losing betslips, while leaving the one that wins.
