Both in local leagues and at the international arena, football competition has proven to be one of the strongest unifying factors in bringing a people or nations together.

Just like in a compelling movie also, the game of football should be riveting enough to send the causual fan into an emotional roller coaster ride across the spectrum from deep sorrow to absolute bliss.


The above , however, is the underlying decision behind the 2021 hosting of Igwebuike Nnanyereugo Football Tournament by no less personality than Nnanyereugo Iroanuma Kingsley, Dikenta , Avutu, Obowo born Philanthropist, financial consultant, entrepreneur and sports enthusiast, as he flagged off the opening ceremony of the annual football competition on November 26th, 2021, for all the political wards in Ihittee Uboma and Obowo LGAs .


The N2,000.000.00 cash budget football competition which is aimed at bringing the youths together , engaging them through the football competition while discovering raw talents among them, started since November 26th, 2021, and shall be concluded tomorrow, Monday , January 3rd, 2022, at Eke -Avutu field by 4pm; as Ehume Obowo and Ihitte Uboma dig it out in the grand finale.

Nnanyereugo Iroanuma Kingsley, a former top management staff of Guaranty Trust Bank PLC for 9 years, resigned his highly paid job to delve into grooming businesses from the scratch into multi millionaire conglomerates as a certified management consultant and boardroom business strategist.

He is a member of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria, and a passionate - driven selfless community leader.
