It was a black Christmas for some residents of udu LGA as multiple persons were shot dead in a popular Mofor park .

At least 3 persons lost their lives on the spot while others sustained gunshot injuries when the unknown gunmen raided the park .

According to eye witness present at the scene , the boys highlighted from their bus and started shooting sporadically at targets believed to be members of the Eiye confraternity .

Another eyewitness who spoke anonymously stated that the genesis of the incident happened when one of the members of barga, a notorious street confraternity was recently accousted by his own brothers for not paying his yearly dues .
It was said that they took his phone and the sum of N10,000 found on him as his yearly dues .
Unfortunately for them , the boys father was a senior man in the eiye confraternity and he made calls and told them to return all that was taken from the boy .

The eyewitness stated that a peace meeting was scheduled for the return of the collected items and representatives from both cult groups were present .

It was at that meeting that 2 persons named - Kelvin and Aje attended . Immediately the eiye men saw Aje , they became furious as he has been terrorizing orhuwhorun community for a long time and has notably killed scores of their members .

They immediately pounced on both kelvin and Aje and luckily they were able to escape death that day .

Another peace talk was scheduled to be held because of the fact that both kelvin and Aje was seriously injured and they vowed to rain reprisal attacks on the perpetuators . Both kelvin and Aje declined the meeting and declared war in the town .

It was said that on the fateful day , kelvin and Aje was tracked to their hide out and kelvin was shot at and stabbed multiple times because he had declared war on the Eiye confraternity .

Surprisingly, the man that caused the whole issue ran away without sustaining any injuries on that faithful day leaving kelvin to his fate .

After the ordeal , the barga men decided that eiye top men would not see the new year and that led to the attack of the Mofor park where scores of persons were killed .

Pictures below shows kelvin in a pool of his own blood and another member that was killed with him on the same day .

NB : The men that attacked the park in Mofor were caught by security agencies and handed over to the police men . But at the time of writing this report , everyone who took part in the Mofor park killing has been killed as shown in the video evidence below .

The year is too early for these type of killings .
Imagine all these old men died just because of a phone and N10,000 .
