The residents shouldn't be the ones to bear the brunt of a reckless and incompetent government/system. The residents should be suing the State government for huge sums too. Enjoy my siggy 84 Likes 4 Shares |

Nigerian police is the worst police force in the world. God in my next world don’t bring me anywhere close to Africa. The should come abroad and learn policing. Here you will see police with big tattoos and they will smile and joke with you. But in UAR body they pepper them. 17 Likes 1 Share |

Sad. Simi the artiste has a house here. I just pity her . Another dude I know who lives here, made me to understand that he uses 600k to change each shock absorber of his Mercedes Benz jeep. 4 shocks cost him N2.4m. price for Corolla ... Hiaaaan 6 Likes 2 Shares |

When we talk about how delicate land issues are in this country, some I-too-know people would come out and tell you how the victims didn't conduct due diligence. 6 Likes |

Please, as much as you want be a home owner in Lagos, be very strategic and pray for God's guidance. In Lagos, you can own a house in your 30s, and homeless in your 50s because of fraudulent government and its officials. If possible and depending on your levelof income, focus on developing in your own state capital, then build up funds and buy a land/house in a genuine estate here in Lagos to avoid this scenario. I feel like crying for these Magodo landlords, especially at this trying times. 4 Likes |
