Many of us already know from experience that cold feet do not have many things that can help, especially on a winter day that we are outside.
When the feet are cold in winter it causes a drop in our overall body temperature. The feet are one of the main sources of body heat so when they do not retain heat it affects the rest of the body. Especially for people who work outside in cold winter weather it can be very difficult to keep the toes warm enough, even when we are with plantar fasciitis boots and thick socks.

So, how does it work? The truth is that the idea is quite simple.
Energy coming from a special battery located at the bottom of the insole produces heat that is maintained especially for a long time when walking.
