A former governor of Niger State, Dr Babangida Aliyu, has disclosed that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has agreed to rezone the presidency to the North. Aliyu who disclosed this while receiving the Atiku Support Organisation (ASO) on a visit noted that despite the earlier position of the party that any candidate could contest the election, the party had eventually rezoned the presidency to the North If pdp can't give it's platform to Igbos, don't expect Apc to do so, Igbo Presidency has been negotiated away again. https://www.channelstv.com/2022/01/07/pdp-agrees-to-re-zone-presidency-to-the-north-says-fmr-niger-gov/ 4 Likes |

I've always thought SW are politically tactical. Only a foolish Southerner will rejoice if PDP zones presidency to North. Because it will be a walk in the pack for the north. Though PDP has actually debunked the rumour. But assuming it's true, on whose advantage? I want assure you, if SE is sidelined in 2023, there will be election in Nigeria, but there won't be winners. Time shall tell. |

I am so glad that the PDP has decided to do what it must to and rescue Nigeria from the current mess.
