Good day everyone. I've been using this PC since couple of months ago without any problem. It started giving issues yesterday in which some numbers and alphabets on the keyboard are not responding when pressed.

However, am now making use of the on-screen keypad which is so frustrating.

Now my question is this; do I have to give it to an engineer, or it's something I can easily fix on my own? Any idea on how to fix this will be appreciated. Please help. Thanks.

Give it to an engineer, at it requires the keyboard to be removed. You don't necessarily have to change it if it was water damage, some heating with a machine might makes it work. But if it doesn't work after that, then change it, and you can't do all those by yourself.
