By the 25th of February, we had concluded with the interior tiling work.
We moved to the outside to work on the gable wall.

By the 1st week of March 2021, we were informed of the Bishop's upcoming visit to embark on two functions;
1. The memorial service of the sponsor's late Dad.
2. The consecration of the Chapel.

We made efforts to start clearing the environment to take up a mini landscape as our budget could take us.

By the second week of April 2021.
We were already set for the visit of the bishop scheduled to hold on the 25th of April.
The following was already done.
1. Tiling
2. Screeding.
3. Painting.
4. Mini landscape.
5. Electrification.

Now, all set for final inspection by the stakeholders.

At the end of the mass, all present proceeded to the chapel for consecration.

Please note that anything that we may have missed on this project was either not authorized by the sponsor or not paid for at all.

Lessons were learned, the biggest of which was managing competing constraints. The users required more but atimes the funds were not available. We found a way of balancing the approved scope of work by the sponsor and requirements by users without overshooting our budget.
Stakeholders engagement is key to the success of any project, here the priests interest in the project grew as we moved on due to the level of engagement we had with him, we allowed them make certain decisions without negatively impacting our budget.
