DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist with forecasting corporate balance sheet, cash flow, and metrics for monthly, yearly, and long-range plan cycles
2. Prepares and presents monthly financial analysis and reports to Senior Leadership
3. Assist with the use of Hyperion Strategic Finance, including working with admins to maintain metadata.
4. Create and maintain monthly working capital analyses
5. Work with business units regularly to understand working capital forecasts and variances
6. Prepares regular reporting packages and additional schedules using Excel Essbase add-in, Oracle Smartview, and Oracle Financial Reporting
7. Generates ad hoc management reports and/or analyses as needed by senior management.
8. Performs related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and/or Finance. Minimum of 4+ years of progressive responsibility demonstrated in a Finance or Accounting role.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Working knowledge of general ledger, financial statements and processes, financial analysis
2. Advanced to expert computer skills with MS Excel
3. Familiarity with advanced modelling techniques to assist with short and long-range planning forecasting for an integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statement.
4. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment
6. Demonstrates initiative and meets deadlines
7. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
8. Ability to communicate effectively
9. Understanding of corporate policy, philosophy, goals and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company’s information and assets
