class0247:
Ejuke is skillful but unintelligent
Ekong always giving away possession with his unnecessary long ball
Nwakali have been deadly with the set piece
Umar is a treat but he is seriously marked
Iwobi is just there, nothing spectacular
Ndidi is solid
Not too impressive so far. The Nigeria team should learn how to take penalties as they advance to knock out stage

I totally disagree with the bolded..

Who is this fella taking our set pieces.
He's very good.
Reminds me of a certain bowlegged Red defender at Anfield.

Trent Alexander Arnold you mean? Nwakali crosses the ball very well.

First half...

Ejuke is good, dribbles well and very confident with the ball. Ajayi is VERY SOLID on the ball, goes forward and returns back effortlessly, if he is the one replacing Aina, I wish he gets a permanent shirt.

Collins is doing well, but if na him replace Sanusi, abeg, make he still go bench for the next two years. See as that GB player with dada just dey use am do 360°. Sanusi is far better in defence abeg.

There's this number 25 that is looking like NURTW official, I haven't really seen much of him

As for Sadiq, I hope the coach has satisfied whoever made him put Sadiq in the game, now it's time to test the true strikers in the bench... I expect a better reserve striker to be brought on, probably Onyekuru or Olayinka (thanks for reminding me of him)

As for that person up there comparing Awoniyi to this Sadiq, and saying this Sadiq is better, e be like say your fallopian tube don twist abi?

Aswear as if it had anything to do with Tribe. When performance is beyond their mago mago they assume you are a tribalist or cheat
Alaye stop lying jare! Your kind were already calling the Sadiq dude quota system and federal character product the moment he made the Super Eagles list. Even though he hasn't done himself any favor with the time he's been giving on the field, most of the criticisms he's getting are tribalism-induced.

Nigeria denied a penalty. The referee failed to check VAR. I think the players should have complained

sadiq is not suppose to be in this team today. Eguavoen put him in to please some people.

Onyekuru was brought into the team in place of Osimhen. I expect Eguavoen to introduce Onyekuru instead of Sadie.
I honestly don't know why he is not playing Onyekuru.

I wonder why some Nigerians are just too bitter, carry bitterness from 1967 enter 2022.
Many of whom can never reach Sadiq greatness are busy talking about how is useless, shior.
Isn't it obvious that it's not only Sadiq who has not been playing well?
How many times has Ejike thrown the ball away, Where is Iheanacho and Iwobi on the field?

Let just relax and watch the game before you get consumed by hatred

Kelechi Nwakali. Same guy that made that nice run and gave that through pass to Sadiq, which he missed.
