The Nigerian army is funny; when the soldiers kill unarmed Igbomen and label them IPOB members, the army clap and cheer but when same Fulani soldiers assault law abiding and duty focused traffic policemen, the army distance itself from their act. The only orientation given to them is that they are superior to any other non-military person. Infact that's why many of them join. This idea goes all the way up.

There are lots of reforms. You may notice that you don't see military stickers on officer's private vehicles anymore. People get disciplined for abuse of civilians and other paramilitaries.
