Good morning distinguished experts. My wife traveled without her laptop during the Christmas celebrations. When she came back to base she couldn't recall her password any more. Please she has tried all the possible codes she probably thought she used but none worked. Tech gurus in the house, please is there anything she can do to recover the password? Thank you in anticipation of your assistance. |

Remove the CMOS battery for 5seconds and then replace it. |

Connect external hard drive to Laptop, then enter through the external hard drive. You can reset. |
