Noisy environments are distractions from satan which come in different forms, either through Loud sound from fake churches, from night clubs, loudspeaker in markets etc. They distract the minds and prevent quiet people from receiving revelations from GOD or hearing from HIM.
Imagine starring at your image on a large Water body and stones or other objects get thrown in the water, your image formed on the water will be blurred/distorted and you can't see yourself clearly because of the objects that are thrown in the water. That's basically how images on our Mind or Spirit are distorted by distractions or noise. The objects thrown in the water are like noise or distractions... you need to avoid such distractions to hear clearly or receive clear messages from GOD.
When you constantly feed yourself with Holy information like the Word of GOD you will hear clearly from GOD in a quiet environments. Satan is constantly using distractions through those he controls to prevent you from receiving clear messages from your CREATOR. Avoid noisy environments when you need to.
