A Nigerian man has raised alarm after he was reportedly chased away from a branch of the Redeem Christian Church of God (RCCG) because of his full beard.

This happened in Aba, Abia state.
It was gathered that the man chased away was supposed to be the best man of another member of the church holding his wedding ceremony in the church.

Explaining what happened in the video, the man in the company of a woman said he was chased out of the church because of his beard.

The best man in question said he was quite surprised at the situation because he was once a leader at another RCCG branch and they did not discriminate against beard.

I don't know why people choose to be intentionally foolish . It is a known fact that every church on the planet has a particular dress code that's part of it's own doctrinal teaching , so why not sacrifice for your friend and follow it ...abi isn't it just for one day?

I am sure this this young fool works in a place where they give dress codes and all sorts of silly rules,but he will never criticize the company for that . But when he it comes to churches their dos and donts , na him go be the first to run to social media to express grievances. Nonsense
