What if the vacuum degree of imported vacuum pump is low?

During the operation of the imported vacuum pump, sometimes the vacuum degree of the imported vacuum pump is low. So, how can we find out the cause of the problem and solve the problem? Let's take a look:

1、 Air leakage of inlet vacuum pump

1. The sealing ring leaks. Check the sealing condition of all seals and replace damaged sealing rings. 2. The gasket of ballast valve is damaged or not tightened. The gasket should be replaced and the ballast valve tightened. 3. The exhaust valve is damaged and the seal is not good. The valve plate should be replaced. 4. The diaphragm is pressed too much, and the vacuum pump chamber is deformed and leaking. The vacuum pump chamber should be repaired or replaced. 5. Air leakage is caused by poor oil seal on the end face of the imported vacuum pump. Remove the end cap, check for sundries or unevenness, and clean or repair it.

2、 There is a problem with the imported vacuum pump oil. 1. The oil level of the inlet vacuum pump is too low. The center line of the oil standard shall be filled with enough oil. 2. The engine oil is polluted and deteriorated. The oil should be replaced with a new one. 3. The brand of oil does not match. Replace the vacuum pump oil of the specified brand. 4. The oil circuit is blocked and an appropriate amount of oil is not maintained in the vacuum pump chamber. Check the oil circuit and the oil inlet of the oil valve to keep the oil circuit unblocked.

3、 The inlet filter screen of the inlet vacuum pump is blocked. The filter screen shall be removed and cleaned before installation.

4、 The rotor spring of the imported vacuum pump is deformed or broken, and the rotor fails. The spring deformation shall be repaired or replaced so that the rotor product is in good contact with the rotor.
