Job Description
• Manage a team of Technical Project Managers, Software engineers, Quality assurance officers, Business analyst, functional and technical consultants to deliver critical, customer facing, enterprise software development projects
• Gather and Analyse user requirements to develop software requirement specification document, functional requirement document, Scope of work document, project plan, Risk management plan etc. in reference to scheduled software development projects
• Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures for all Wragby products and processes
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company
• Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the project department
• Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation
• Develop technical architecture designs, prototypes and process flows for all scheduled projects
• Drive improvements and adoption in software development practices/processes within teams and across the organization.
• Overall responsibility for planning, executing, tracking, and managing cost, schedule, and scope for all projects in the portfolio.
• Provide a common framework of good-practice standards, tools, templates, and processes for running and governing the portfolio of projects and enforce consistency and standardize processes across the team and the organization.
• Direct project portfolio activities, conduct reviews, and use strong technical and business acumen to manage risk and address escalated impediments.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Source and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Quarterly Skill gap analysis and recommendations to executive management

"Waterfall" & "Agile" experience, PROSCI certification will be an advantage.
