The minimum qualification to be enrolled as a junior recruit in the army should be at least HND or Bsc with the chance of upgrading to an officer level after serving for about 12 years with good behavior and professional ethics. This will bring the best brains and instill discipline in the men of the Nigeria army. Because they will fully be aware that useless behaviors like this will have a serious dent on their professional development and career growth. 2 Likes |
