The Issues Magazine publisher, Oduneye, mourns Alao-Akala's passage


The Publisher of The Issues Magazine, Mr. Seun Oduneye, has joined eminent Nigerians to mourn the passage of a former Governor of Oyo State, Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala.

In a statement on Wednesday, Oduneye said the former governor was no doubt charismatic and was gifted with vision to improve the lot of the masses through the execution of people-oriented projects, spanning all facets of life.

According to the Publisher, Alao-Akala loved the poor, the downtrodden in the society and sincerely showed them affection

The statement read in parts, "to us at The Issues Magazine, Otunba Alao Adebayo-Akala demonstrated an amazing eloquence, and was completely removed from the negative energy of anger, bitterness and all that pertain to such.

"In its stead, he was imbued with positive energy, and this is revealing in his smiles, rebabartive of his days of meritorious and dedicated leadership during his tenure as Governor of State

"Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala was no doubt charismatic and was gifted with vision to improve the lot of the masses through the execution of people-oriented projects, spanning all facets of life.

"Chief Alao-Akala loved the poor, the downtrodden in the society and sincerely showed them affection. In this wise, he demonstrates a warmth, all through. He was never disconnected from his people once.

"Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala, we can vividly remember our business transactions with you during your days in the 2019 general elections being the flagbearer of the ADP before crossing to the All Progressives Congress.
