I need a webdesigner who is very conversant with OST(Open Source Technologies) and CMS(Content Management Systems) i.e Joomla, Wordpress and eCommerce platforms. Persons with these necessary skills should be effecient in manipulations of these platforms and know his way around without coaching. Must be fast at delivering projects as they come.
