Why must it he be in Ibadan? Most web designs projects are executed via email and phone communication. The web designer's physical presence isn't very necessary. I advise you get a proficient web designer, in or out of Ibadan, whose works speaks for his competency

I believe that it is always good you work with someone you can easily walk up to, but all the same, I still believe that quality comes first so I still wouldn't mind anybody but the closer the proximity the better. thanks a lot

physical meetings are a waste of time. you want to see the designer's cute smile or what? una go just kill freelance. look for someone even in iraq, agree on project specification. agree on cost, agree on payment milestones, fullfil your part and he fulfills his, concluse project.

i always tell pple that distance is not a problem , some1 in other country can get ur site ready for you , all u need is agree btw urself that's all
