NASS has a sacred duty to review the electoral bill and return the document to Buhari as soon as they resume. No need to delay! This should be top priority project if they mean well for Nigeria. Those of us who want to see credible elections should join forves to push NASS to do the needful. Thankfully, all what the president objected to was the mandatory direct primaries.
Like they say, the ball is on the court of NASS.
