When I saw the viral video of the Baby someone abandoned in a bus in Owerri, my first thought was that maybe the child was stolen, because I don't think a mother, in her right senses would forget and abandon her baby in a bus just like that.
Now, seeing the picture of the missing boy in Abuja, and comparing it with the abandoned child in Owerri, there is resemblance, the Parents in Abuja should be contacted IMMEDIATELY.
I pray he is found soon, hale, hearty, and playful.

By the way, why keep a 1 y/o Child in the care of a 9 y/o?
