Duties:
* Anticipate guest need by being in the right place at the right time.
* Work to maximize guest satisfaction
* Collaborate with your immediate report to ensure that cost and inventory are controlled.
* Builds and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the culture and values of the business
* Take responsibility for duties and task assigned
* Ensure cleanliness

2. *Barman*

* Ensure that bars are stocked with glassware, garnishes, cocktail mixes and ice
* Maintain a clean and orderly bar
* Process all customers cash and credit card purchases
* Ability to prepare variety of cocktails
* Ability to satisfy request promptly
* Ability to assess customer preferences and make recommendations
* Maintain clean and orderly bar

Requirement:
* Minimum of OND in Food science and technology or related field
* Experience: minimum of 2yrs
* Strong work ethic
