Etteh in his presentation urged the youths not to be afraid to dare in the positive direction, stressing that to succeed, a young person must dare.
"No one can stop a young man who dares to succeed. But first, to succeed, the young person must dare! It is in attempting the impossible that most people in life have become successful. The largest and most successful businesses in the world were founded by young people.


The former State House Member who was represented by a reputable youth leader, Mr Akan Etteudo further urged the youths to adhere strictly to Governor Udom Emmanuel's instructions on the need not to allow themselves to be manipulated by people to further their selfish political ambitions.

"May I charge you to beware of those asking you to take oaths no matter how much money they entice you with. Your future cannot be mortgaged for the transient desire of anyone", he added.

In an interactive session, a veteran Nollywood actor, Emeka Ike urged youths to keep developing their talents for maximum utilization, adding that ' your talent will always make people come for you' sighting an example of the famous Ikorodu boys.

Earlier in his speech, The project Supervisor of Save The youths Conference and Chief of Staff to the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Mr Tommy Enodien , appealed to the youths to start taking responsibility for their future.

"It is high time they stopped playing the blame game and dare the future. Daring the future simply means taking advantage of today, in order to influence our tomorrow", Enodien quipped.
