To be honest, those who have received for both September and October peacefully should count themselves lucky, especially when you take into account all the several anomalies that has characterised these their payment process since it's inception.

From pending to processing to failed, action not taken.

Those saddled with the task of handling the process have clearly not lived up to expectation.

Frequent payment of Stipends will make the program lively and beneficial to the beneficiaries... Kudos to them they should be frequent and also improve on the payment system they are using..

Npower management be like, "Oya put pending on their payroll for November to keep them busy till next month when the fixed deposit ripe"
