As a follow-up to a maiden press release issued by the leadership of PDP Projection & Strategic Team (PPROST) which was titled " PPROST; Sets to unveil Winning & Sellable Candidates Across the States of the Federation ", have decided to Pick Cross River State as the First State to be brought to the Front burner for Political Analysis with respect to zoning, as the current happenings in the Cross River State PDP if not urgently nipped in the bud will be capable of eluding the State, the glaring gubernatorial victory in 2023.
In the advent of the return of democracy in 19999 the state voted Mr Donald Duke from the Cross River South Senatorial District & ruled from 1999 to 2007.
In 2007 , Senator Liyel Imoke from the Cross River Central Senatorial District was elected as the Governor & ruled from 2007 to 2015, while the current Governor in the Person of Professor Ben Ayade from Cross River North Senatorial District whose tenure comes to an end in 2023.

Going by the above-laid facts, no one needs to be in doubt of where the governorship seat ought to go in 2023, as it shall be the turn of the Cross River South Senatorial District to produce the next Governor of the State.

What we expect the leaders of the Party both in Cross River State & the National Leadership of the party to do, is to ensure that, the will of the people prevails by conducting a free, fair & Credible Primaries in Cross River & other States in the Country.
