Useless government..

Good evening, when you say "useless government," are you referring to state or federal government?

I asked because from November last year till death, there have been fire outbreak in many parts of the country (i witness what happened at Next Cash & Carry, Jahi).

And their youths are here talking about Tinubu during breakfast, lunch and dinner! May God prevent me from dragging my luggage along on the ground while carrying another person's load like Chukwudi and Ikemefuna.

Let me even call my brother that have shop close to that emejiaka by ngwa road.
What a pity this new year. And fire service is not helping at all when you need them most. That's how the filing station at ckc opposite shopping center burnt down to ashes 12 years ago, yet fire service didn't even help out regarding there office is not far from Asa road.

One thing people take for granted in Nigeria is our emergency service.

It's basically nonexistent.

If we count number of lives lost due to late or no existence of emergency services. It would be in millions.

Yet. Nigerians don't see anything wrong with that.

All we care about is the next election. Shame on us.

The fire fighters were scared to go because they were attacked the last time and the police refused to escort them for fear of the unknown gunmen

reading comments on the first page, nobody blamed the state government for not having an effective fire fighting personnel....

I suspected an arson. if not that we've lack intelligence cops that can dig dip into the matter in Nigeria . only God can give the fortitude to bear the loss

There was no such thing as arson in the outbreak. The building was actually a plaza filled with many industrial shops that deals mainly on all kinds of Aba made cloths.

The main cause of the fire outbreak was a young guy who mistakenly poured fuel in a generator while the generator was still on.

The generator had to catch fire and due to many generators and two Listers situated at that place, the fire escalated, hence the fire outbreak, and a lot of goods and industrial sewing machines were damaged in the process

The fire escalated to another two story building behind it and there was never a sign of the fire service men
