Job brief
We are looking for 2 Retail Sales Supervisors to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business on the mainland and island of Lagos.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers have constant stock of our products by working with the van sales reps assigned to you.

Job Description

Develop and deploy team’s marketing plan to achieve set target.
Support team in attaining business sales objectives.
Direct the daily work plan of each team member.
Support in sales staff recruitment where necessary.
Appraise performance of team members; give suggestions, reward or award punishment and offer proposals on dismissal of personnel where applicable.
Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming personnel.

Requirements
Graduate with minimum of five years practical experience in retail and customer service specialization spanning across Lagos Mainland and Island.
An outstanding supervisory experience.
Demonstration of positive team player spirit.
Conversant with retail principles required to effectively process sales operations.
Possess ability to direct and be a mentor to the team by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives.
Demonstrate ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Possession of valid driver’s license and LASDRI

Salary
N90,000 + N80,000 target bonus monthly
