PDP chieftain presides over Dambatta's daughter's wedding A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna State, Dr. Jibril Lawal Tafida on Friday gave out the daughter of veteran journalist and publisher of Politics Today newspaper Nasir Dambatta in marriage. Dr. Tafida, a former Chairman of PDP Electoral Panel for Akwa Ibom State presided over the wedding of Sadiya Nasir Dambatta and Sani Abdu Wakili which was conducted according to Islamic tradition at the Sheikh Jafar Mosque in Kaduna. The occasion attended by friends and well-wishers from far and wide was also graced by several journalists, community leaders and civil society giants in northern Nigeria. |
