Why not create a new parking lot and make it mandatory that students park there, then earn revenue from parking fees. And fine any student found parking outside the lot heavily.

Many students have been knocked down due to careless teenage drivers. School management knows what fits in to their situation. I lost 2nd cousin at Igbinedion University through a careless student driver some years back. My uncle never recovered from that. I support anything to keep innocent alive.
