Actually, no sane and logical thinking Nigerian would have believed this shameful scam.

The whole of the North West is on fire for 2 years now with bandits in charge of all the areas that would have grown and produced the rice.

North East is Boko Haram enclave such that the few rice farmers that made efforts to return to farming were slaughtered by the terrorists. Garba Lawal at the time even blamed the deceased farmers for returning to farming.
