I had a carry over after my 4years of degree program at the university in the year 2016, but due to some unforeseen problems, I couldn’t return to write my carry over course because I had a couple courses I was to re-write . Fast forward to 2022, I am trying to contact the institution to know what to do to complete my studies in other to receive my certificate but I do not know if this is possible ; so I think seeking opinions before taking any step can help me.
NOTE: completed my 4years and defended my project and I was graded. Tried to login the student portal , this is what I get .
