It is not an abandoned office, that is the state water board office. I am very conversation with the area. The water board do not produce any portable water, yet get budget every year.

You guys believe everything. I am not from Bayelsa but I know that some of those water vendors get water from water board and supply people in the neighborhood. The vendor probably must have gone there to get water. He was not seen taking water inside.

By looking at that truck, you will notice that it facing inside meaning he is supplying water to that building bu if it is the other way round,the truck will be packed facing outside for easy leaving.

Even the water board is not functioning. She I Na state when we dey! Bros there is no water here. The cost of treating water here is high. We treat water every 6months and at the end the water that was so clean as at the time of fetching will become brown after few hours and as time goes on, it begins to have some kinda particles like garri
