Clients often mistake these self contain and mini flat when making a rented housing requests from real estate agents

MINI FLAT: This is an apartment with "a single bedroom" and a "sitting room" (parlor). It is also called a "room and parlor self contained" and it comes with a toilet, bathroom and kitchen

Please know and understand exactly what you want and its your right to make findings of the budgets of any house to rent apartment, so as not to make a high demand with a very low budget
