I'm not surprised that the AU reacted to the Burkina Faso coup after the military has taken over the government from the so called democracy leaders (bad leaders).

why didn't the African Union or UN do something when the so called Democracy leaders of Burkina Faso were busy stealing money and depriving her citizens the Basic Amenities?

Corruptions and bad leadership is what gave birth to Coup.

Coup can be said to be an outcome of bad government and corruption.

More coups to come.

UN and AU are only working for colonialist interests.
What action did they take when Robert Mugabe was overthrown by a coup?
Did they condemn the coup that removed Omar Al Bashir of Sudan?

No, because they supported the removal of both men who refused to be bullied by them.
