Our client is looking for a versatile and highly-organized Personal Assistant to perform personalized and administrative duties.
Location: Abuja

DUTIES
• Maintain the client’s diary and organise appointments and meetings and ensure that that they have all necessary papers required for meetings
•General office administration, telephone work and filing
•Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
• Make travel arrangements and expenses.
•Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
•Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
•Running Personal Errands

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion.
• Be dutiful, hard-working and loyal.
• Be polite and have good decorum and understanding of protocols.
• Attention to detail and good administrative capacity.
• Excellent communication skills – Written and Oral
• Experience in using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and calendar software
• Social Media Savvy
