Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Lagos (Island)
Job Summary
The Social Media Manager is expected to have a solid understanding of how social media
channels work and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels, and should
be up-to-date on the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Excellent communication
skills and a passion for developing creative partnership strategies is mandatory.
The goal is to create world-class social media presence across channels to achieve superior
engagement and brand awareness.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and manage social media content and strategies.
• Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine
efficacy and areas for social growth.
• Develop brand-focused engaging and creative content for social media platforms regularly.
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance of social media platforms using tools such
as Google Analytics, Instagram Insights.
• Design and build SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing
projects.
• Stay up to date with latest social media trends and best practices.
• Amplify and maintain a solid online presence across the company's social media platforms.
• Manage and facilitate social media communities and foster engagement across all social
media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends locally and globally and suggest ways to creatively leverage
them in line with our brands ethics.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or other related fields
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
• Experience designing and creating visual content.
• Experience using publishing tools such as Hootsuite.
• Advanced knowledge of content creation tools like; Canva, Adobe, After Effects, Photoshop
and other video editing tools.
• Adaptable attitude, innovative and open to learning new tips and tricks in the industry.
• Proficiency in MS office suites
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills.
