I am starting this thread to help potential tenants in different cities/towns/villages in Nigeria have an idea of the cost of renting apartments/flats/homes. If you are a tenant or landlord, please tell us the location of your house and the current rent.

I pay 2k per room, pay 4k for 2 rooms occupied around dopemu area along Ikeja, Abeokuta express way, So for two years amount collected is 96k

i pay 350k Per year,3 bedroom with pop,all room ensuite and tiles with a visitor toilet,abule egba(new house)
