Please I need advice. How or what can I do again so as not to get drawn in as a yahoo boy as a person that works online. I don't wear fancy cloths, slippers or make fancy celebrity hair styles but I feel for the fact that because I don't wake up every morning and leave home people have nevertheless, decided to term me as a ''yahoo boy'' and God knows I really hate anything that has to with scamming people I don't even have friends, never mind friends that are into scamming. I live a relative simple life, I don't smoke, I don't drink unless occasionally. I just moved in to a new place and my neighbors brother was asking me for update. I was so angry but decided to just respect myself and the person by down playing the situation and advising him to go acquire a skill. Please guys is there a way I can not get entangled to the menace called ''yahoo''? I honestly wish it wasn't a thing.

People are usually ignorant by default. Keep living normally and don't mind what people say. With time they will get to know you are a responsible person.

You newly moved to a new location, so by default due to ignorance they would think you are into fraud because you are not caught up in the rat race 9-5 job.
