Let me explain something to douse your confusion. The Nigeria Data Protection Regulation, which took of 25th January 2019, is a set of laws that give individuals more control over the use of their personal data by organisations. So before organisations can do anything with your data, they need to get your consent. That's why you saw in the photo where you need to consent.

There are other legal basis that they can use to process your data. But in this case, the legal basis is based on your consent.
