flokii: Dangote is not different from Innoson, as this is not assembly plant. Check the Kia Motor in West Point, GA in USA. It is built with just 1 billion dollars and I used to work there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgg8zoECmD0 |

Kingofhoes: He bought it He is the majority shareholder in the business that's why the company now has his name as part of the company In business terms either strategic alliance or merger and acquisition Through this way you have access to another companys technological know how, expertise and skills Many firms do it around the world. Innoson also had same alliance with his Chinese partners But he started from the scratch, they gave him there expertise and skills Then with time through creativity and innovation he will up his scale. But it takes time I remember in the 80s and 90s Korean cars were nothing to write home about. But today, they have innovated so much that there cars now have a substantial part of global market share in cars sales, even in North America, Europe and Asia. The key is simply creativity and innovation. This is where many African companies and even countries lag behind. They don't innovate That's where the Americans, Europeans and the Asians are way ahead of us. No creative and innovative companies, governments or even the masses. |

Billingslord:E-warriors talking about something they know nothing about. Sinotruk is partly owned by MAN which supplies it with drivertrain/supsension systems and transmission systems. No truck manufacturer makes all their components. Dangote is just importing CKD to Naija as its distributor. It doesnt own any Sinotruck brands nor trademark. Sinotruck in Ghana doesnt know Dangote... BUT Innoson in Naija owns Innoson brands and trademarks in Ghana and Naija. |

Arewa1stSon: Very impressive this will definitely create thausands of jobs for jobless northern youths and take them out of insurgency and banditry. If past northern leaders have been doing things like these the core north won't have been in the mess it found itself today. |

Thank Almighty God for giving Nigeria Aliko Dangote for Job creations in the country, more Greece to your elbows. But unfortunately those against his high job creations systems are the Tokunbo importers group. They continue to import over used vehicles from abroad creating massive unemployment systems in the country. Yet someone is doing everything to create massive employment systems you are criticizing him. Recall the then Muritala regime of imported meat "ERAN MURITALA" BBC RADIO NEWS says In Nigeria you get everything imported from * FLY COVERED MEAT TO TELEVISION. So as for you Aliko Dangote continue with your massive job creations and listen not to your haters and wailers because the more it is good the more is merrier |

Arewa1stSon:The guy commented that Aliko is not giving back enough to the country, even with all the supports he enjoys from the country. .. And what was your response? You went and dragged innoson into your response, and avoided the major concern he raised. .. And I ask you now again. Forget every other person. Tell us about Aliko. What had he done in return for all the favourable environments which Nigeria had been creating for his businesses? |

deavicky: I guess it is a multi car assembling plant...and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Howo is a Chinese company that mostly specializes in Cargo and Dump trucks, while Peugeot is a French car. What is important here is providing quality service by putting together reliable cars/ trucks, treating employees like human beings and continue to provide employment opportunities to all Nigerians in the North, South, East and West. |

MEGAWATCH: Here comes the flat heads!!! Nothing makes these people happy; they hate the Hausas this week, hate on the Yorubas next week and then kill their own brothers the following week. Even if the president of Nigeria is from Enugu, the flat head brothers will still be crying... I guess some people are simply built to cry. Their hatred of all things and lack of unity among themselves are the main reason why they get no respect from anywhere...and this will remain so till the end of time. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Serious business men understand the importance of working with the government; if you're willing to be reasonable and get everyone involved, you will get the support from any sane government. Arewa1stSon: Of course, Dangote is here to stay. The man is a serious Nigerian business man and not just a money missed road local champion. He knows how to rub shoulders with the top guys and completely understands the importance of government involvement. How many Igbo people are driving Innoson cars today in Nigeria? How many Igbo leaders are embracing Innoson cars? 0 + 0 = 0 1 Like 1 Share |
